Listeners in the UAE were treated to an extra-special World Autism Day story on Channel 4 Radio’s Breakfast Show with JJ Thompson. Our very own Asha Kanoujiya, Lead BCBA and behavior analyst at Hayati Health Center took to the microphone and had a friendly chat with JJ, to talk about World Autism Day and explain the wonderful efforts the Center is taking to extend our services over the internet to ensure our patient’s get consistent therapy. She also promoted our drive to help adults in the UAE with Free 45 minute sessions for the whole of April. JJ was thrilled at this news, and thanked the Center for this great initiative, pointing out that during the COVID-19 pandemic he was sure there would be many people who would be thankful for this amazing service to the country. We were thrilled to be able to reach so many people who will now know where to go to get help, and are grateful to Channel 4 for this amazing opportunity.
Well done Asha, go team!
