RICH SANTIAGO

Rich Santiago received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in Manila, Philippines. A Registered Physical Therapist in the Philippines (PTRP), Mr. Santiago is also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentialed in the United States by the Behavior Analysts Certification Board (BCAB) since 2015. He holds a DHA license as a Behavior Analyst Technician in Dubai Healthcare City. In September 2018, Rich completed his Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) online coursework sequence from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida USA.
Before working with various Autism centers in the UAE, Rich had previously been employed in different countries such as Hong Kong-China, The Philippines and Australia, bringing an invaluable international perspective to early child developmental intervention. His extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) dates back to 2003. With over 18 years of work experience, he has established a good reputation as a competent and reliable therapist in the autism community of the United Arab Emirates.
Rich joined Hayati Health Center on June 2021 as a Registered Behavior Technician/Case Manager. He aims to make a huge difference in the society, help more children and families in the future by sharing his experience and passion for teaching early learners using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
